Summit Booth Vendor

Shine_Bright_LogoWe are currently accepting Vendors for the 3rd Annual Shine Brightly Mother Daughter Summit on October 24th 8am-4pm (vendor times are 8am-1pm). We have limited space for Vendors, however you will have a captive audience of hundreds of attendees of moms and teen girls during the day. All vendors are subject to approval. We are seeking fun and entertaining items to be sold at the event. Items a woman or girl 12-18 would enjoy seeing and purchasing. (I.E. Jewelry, purses, home decor, educational items, food items, hair accessories, nail art, etc.)

 

EVENT DATE: Saturday, October 24, 2015 from 8-9 registration – event 9:00 am – 4:00 pm – Read about the Summit here!

LOCATION: Infusionsoft Conference Center,  1260 S. Spectrum Blvd Chandler, AZ 85286

SET-UP:  Friday, Oct 23rd we will be able to set up approximately between 3-4pm if you want to use that time. On the day of the event Saturday Oct 24th you will also have 7-745am to set up and will need to be ready by 7:45 amDoors open for the event at 8:00 am.

END TIME: Vendors need to stay through the lunch break – approximately 1pm.

FEE:  $25 and a donation of 10% of sales made from the event to Girls Rule! by submitting this application Vendor agrees that 10% of all sales that day are donated back to Girls Rule at the end of the day. Checks, cash and credit card accepted before you leave.

BREAKDOWN:  All exhibits must be quietly removed by 1pm

EXHIBIT INCLUDES:
Exhibit space is restricted to the surface of the 5’ table only. Tables will be provided. We will supply 2 chairs. One business per space. No electric is provided. Exhibitors shall arrange their exhibits so they do not obstruct other exhibits or fire extinguishers/exits. Aisles must be kept clear. Please note there is no security provided.  You will need to be at your table for the day.
