What Is dreamLAB?

dreamLAB is a powerful leadership and empowerment club for girls that
you can start anywhere, anytime. It’s an easy plug & play curriculum that you can
buy today, and start anywhere in the world with your group of girls!

Whether you are an individual, group school, home school, church, team or community center
you can start a dreamLAB with your girls. Our leadership and empowerment curriculum
helps girls learn the skill sets and tools to thrive and become leaders!

There are 12 lessons in the Leader Kit (1 lesson per meeting, plus you do a community service project).
The lessons are based on our 12 leadership principles (below) and each meeting is
designed to meet for 60-75 minutes. Some groups host dreamLAB weekly,
biweekly, daily or monthly it’s up to you.

To get started, you simply need to buy the kit below and find your one adult sponsor
(typically a teacher, coach or parent) and 2-3 girl leaders (see graphic below).

Who is it for:   7th-12th grade girls – Just gather 8-25+ of your girls to participate!

This program offers two leader kits: one for middle school and one for high school. Schools and groups use our Curriculum to help their girls learn the tools and skills to help them thrive. The girls at your school, organizations or group will love this program. We know that when girls are equipped with leadership, goal setting and confidence skill sets they better​ navigate their teen years, and can become successful adults and leaders.​

How It Works:

Six important details to know. The Digital Leader Kit is a plug-and-play curriculum kit that is ready to use immediately and it’s structured for 60-75 minutes each meeting – meet live at your location (or on zoom)! 

1. Secure 1 adult leader: one adult to be the after school club sponsor and secure 2-3 girls who will be your club co-leaders. (see graph above)
2. The curriculum: is designed for your girl leaders to read and lead the meetings , so you never have to worry about your meeting content or what to say.  We encourage them to add their flair, FUN and own personality as they run the club!
3. Purchase: your dreamLAB digital Leader Kit below (middle school or high school kit) – pay a one time curriculum fee below $467 and get immediate access to the Kit! You only need one kit per club.
4. Payment: can be credit card, if you need a invoice see below. Some groups have each girl pay (example:
   $25 per girl x20 girls in your club). Schools often use the curriculum/materials budget, Prevention budget, after-school budget or PTA funds.
5. Access: the curriculum is digital (on the Thinkific platform), and you get immediate access to it when you purchase the Leader Kit. (You need a computer or smart board for your meetings)
6. Decide: choose your start date and your frequency (i.e. weekly or biweekly or monthly).
