What Is dreamLAB?
dreamLAB is a powerful leadership and empowerment after-school club for girls. It’s an easy plug & play curriculum that you can buy today, and start anywhere in the world with your group of girls!
Whether you are a school, home school, church, team or parent you can start a dreamLAB with your girls. Our leadership and empowerment curriculum helps girls learn the skill sets and tools to thrive and become leaders!
There are 12 lessons in the Leader Kit (1 lesson per meeting + a week for the community service project). The lessons are based on our 12 leadership principles (below) and each meeting is designed to meet for 60-75 minutes.
To get started, you simply need to buy the kit below and find your one adult sponsor (typically a teacher, coach or parent) and 2-3 girl leaders (see graphic below).

This after-school program is where schools and groups use our Curriculum to help their girls learn the tools and skills to help them thrive. The girls at your school, organizations or group will love this program. We know that when girls are equipped with leadership, goal setting and confidence skill sets they better navigate their teen years, and can become successful adults and leaders. Girls with goals become women with vision!
Who is it for: 7th-12th grade girls – Just gather 10-25+ of your girls to participate!
How It Works:
The Digital Leader Kit is a plug-and-play curriculum kit that is ready to use immediately and it’s structured for 60-75 minutes each meeting – meet live at your location (or on zoom)! Six important details to know about:
- Secure 1 adult leader: one adult to be the club sponsor and secure 2-3 girls who will be your club co-leaders. (see graph above)
- The curriculum: is designed for your girl leaders to read and lead the meetings , so you never have to worry about your meeting content or what to say. We encourage them to add their flair, FUN and own personality as they run the club!
- Purchase: your dreamLAB digital Leader Kit below (middle school or high school kit) – pay a one time curriculum fee below $467 and get immediate access to the Kit! You only need one kit per club.
- Payment: can be credit card, if you need a invoice see below. Most schools pay using funds from the curriculum/materials budget, Prevention budget, afterschool budget or PTA funds, OR they have each girl pay, (example: $30 per girl x15 girls in your club).
- Access: The curriculum is digital (on the Thinkific platform), and you get immediate access to it when you purchase the Leader Kit. (You need a computer or smart board for your meetings)
- Decide: Choose your frequency (i.e. weekly or biweekly), and your meeting dates then start.
