What Is dreamLAB?

dreamLAB is a powerful leadership after-school club for girls. It’s an easy plug & play curriculum that you can start anywhere in the world with your group of girls! Whether you are a school, home school, church, team or parent you can start a dreamLAB with your girls. We have been teaching our leadership and empowerment curriculum since 2013 in Arizona through our 3 live programs, and we now offer that same great content exclusively in the dreamLAB digital Leader Kit so girls worldwide can learn the tools to become leaders!

There are 12 modules (12 lessons) that are based on our 12 leadership principles (below) which are designed for girls. Each meeting is designed to meet for 90 minutes once a week, however you can meet at the frequency you wish (daily, weekly, biweekly or monthly). The program is 12 lessons plus one week for you to execute your Community Service Project that you create as a group. You will have one adult sponsor and 2-3 girl leaders (see graphic below).

The LEARNING OBJECTIVES for our programs are to:

Increase leadership skills in girls so they can lead and navigate their life and become successful adults.
Increase soft skills in girls so they can overcome hard things and build healthy coping skills.
Increase financial literacy & money confidence in girls to help progress their goals and impact the world economy.
Increase high school and college graduation rates of girls to help them become our next generation of leaders.

How It Works:

The Digital Leader Kit is a plug-and-play curriculum that is ready to use immediately and it’s structured for 90 minutes each meeting – meet live or on zoom!

Secure an adult to be the club sponsor and secure 2-3 girls who will be your club leaders. (see graph above)
The Leader Kit is designed for your youth leaders (3 girls) to read and lead the meetings, so you never have to worry about your meeting content or what to say. The leaders simply follow the curriculum and lead their meetings. But we encourage them to add their flair, fun and own personality how they run the club!
Purchase your dreamLAB digital Leader Kit (middle school or high school kit) – pay a one time curriculum fee below and get immediate access to the Welcome Kit and The Leader Kit!
The curriculum is digital on Thinkific, and you get immediate access to it when you purchase the Leader Kit.
Choose your frequency (i.e. weekly or biweekly), your meeting dates and time and a place (live or zoom) for your meetings!
If you are meeting live (i.e. at a school, home, church, organization, community center etc) please ensure you need one computer or smart board, with the internet at each meeting to read the curriculum and activities as you go through the meeting.
The girls who lead your club will receive a level 2 leadership certificate of completion for their resumes. All girls who participate in your club receive a level 1 leadership certificate of completion for their resumes.

The Important Legalities:

Your club needs only one dreamLAB Leader Kit – it has all the award-winning curriculum you need – purchase it below. This is a license for digital access to the online Leader Kit for 6 months–plenty of time to run your 12 meetings! If you want to run another club it is only $135 per license renewal.
